I first got into the embroidery business back in February of 1998. Having had an extensive electronics background, I applied at Hirsch International as an embroidery technician. My job was servicing embroidery shops in the eastern United States and Caribbean Islands. Years later, another part of my job was working phone support helping customers fix minor problems themselves. In June of 2009, there was a lay off due to the economic downturn in the market. One month later I founded BEC Embroidery Repair Services. Over the last fifteen years I’ve worked on all types of Tajima Embroidery Machines and have had the pleasure of meeting some great people. With my attention to detail and dedication to delivering the highest quality work possible, you can rest assured knowing that your machine is in the hands of a talented and knowledgeable technician.
